We help people from all backgrounds build confidence, access support, and thrive in a diverse society.

Based in Middlesbrough, Ubuntu Multicultural Centre CIC was founded in February 2020 by John and Irene Kabuye to empower ethnic minority communities, helping them build confidence, trust, and access the support they need.
Over the years, Ubuntu has become a safe and welcoming space where people from diverse backgrounds come together to share experiences, learn new skills, and grow as one community. We work to break down barriers, promote inclusion, and ensure that everyone — regardless of culture or background — has equal opportunities to thrive.
We help people from all backgrounds build confidence, access support, and thrive in a diverse society.
